Keep running PSAD with Cloudflare, does it make sense?

When I installed my webserver (Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS) I also installed PSAD, port scan attack detector.

Later I have put my webserver behind the Cloudflare proxy and I have blocked all direct traffic in the firewall.

I just found out that PSAD uses quite some resources, around 5% of CPU (3 cores) in the vps. I’m wondering if it even makes sense to keep PSAD running like this. Anybody care to share their experience with this?
