Keep getting timeout errors when adding blog posts

Hello apologies in advance if this has been covered in a previous post.

I am running into an issue where I keep getting a server timeout that shuts the website down for about 10 to 15 minutes whenever I attempt to publish a blog post.

The site runs on xcart and the blog is a WordPress installation. The wordpress version is up to date currently at 6.1.1 and the core version of xcart is 5.4.1.35.

I have tried disabling proxy status on the A record and Cname and that did work for a while but it no longer seems to be working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

It doesn’t sound like a Cloudflare issue if you’re observing the behavior while proxied and not proxied.

Could you share more details about the behavior, and provide screenshots of the error if there is one?
