Keep getting the error 1258 when trying to upgrade

So I am trying to upgrade from free plan to pro plan and my card was added to billing with no issues but when I try to process the upgrade it says (error: 1258). How do I go about this issue have already made a support ticket but no response.

Have also tried to pay with paypal and got the same error
