I have had a membership on Kajabi for teachers for over 3 years now. All of a sudden in the last few months, we are receiving an unbelievable amount of customer support tickets that say they cannot purchase or get logged in because of an “Access Denied Error 1020” message. I didn’t even set up a Cloudflare account until this issue began, so I have no way of accessing the event log to check the Ray ID. This is happening to other membership site owners on Kajabi as well and we haven’t gotten an answer from their tech team. I know Kajabi uses Cloudflare so does anyone know what next steps would be to get this figured out? Has anybody else had this issue and resolved it?
