JWT token does not have required claims

UPDATE - Can’t delete this thread but this has been resolved.

Trying to pull logs from an Enterprise customer using the API. Have the curl request correct but getting “JWT token does not have required claims” in the response instead of logs. I’ve googled around for what this even is and not finding any helpful info for CF. Any clues where I need to look?

If you’d like to post it in case others have the same problem, what was the solution?

The auth_email and auth_key that I had been using had been removed. So while I was using a valid email and key, they were not authorized to pull those logs.
