Just upgraded to business account. How do I chat with support?

Hello

I just upgraded my account and was under the impression I could receive tech support through chat.

Is this not the case?

Could someone point me in the right direction?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It’ll appear as a blue chat bubble in the bottom right of the dashboard.

In the box @KianNH mentioned, you’ll need to kick the conversation off by entering a question.

Just to add to what the others said, if you don’t see it at first glance, logout and login back in your account.

If you have multiple accounts, select the one that has biz on it and wait for the chat bubble to show, it might take a minute to show but it will eventually appear.

Hopefully you aren’t using some kind of an anti-virus or anti-malware software or some Web browser extension, which might recognize and remove the blue Chat button from the bottom-right corner :thinking:

I’d suggest to try using a different Web browser, or temporary disabling those kind of type of software / Web browser extension, just in case if so.

Found it. Had to log out and log back in.
