Just paid for service, but can't use it

I just paid for the $20 a month service, only to realize on the next screen that Wix sites aren’t supported.

Is there any recourse for me here? I’d like to integrate cloudflare if it’s still possible, though I’m not very tech savvy. If that’s not possible, money back would be nice.

Send a message to billing AT cloudflare DOT com and ask nicely. Terms of Service state no refunds, but they may be able to find a way to accommodate.

Post the ticket # here as soon as you get the autoreply.

p.s. Just about anybody can start with a free plan for their website (depending on host compatibility). No need to start with a paid plan.
