Just need an empty page - how to redirect there?

Not sure if this is the right category.
I just need an empty page for the domain. Have uploaded an index.html into pages.

Now what?
How do I make xxxxx.pages.dev show as a record?

I think I found it.
Entered a CNAME for @ (the domain) with the target xxxxx.pages.dev.

If you want to use a custom domain with a Cloudflare Pages project you need to configure the custom domain in the project as @cscharff pointed out.
