Just migrated domain but can't get sub sub domain records working

What is the name of the domain?

sub.sub.example.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

No name resolution for sub.sub domains

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I can’t get name resolution to work for any sub.sub.example.com domains with creating the sub.sub record in the management UI. All other domain records work and resolve correctly.

Are you sure it is DNS resolution and not an SSL issue? Note that Cloudflare’s Universal SSL only issues certificates to cover example.com and *.example.com so to use second-level subdomains you need to use the Advanced Certificate.

If a DNS issue, can you give the real hostname?

Not using SSL yet. I think the issue is elsewhere though with stale SOA records.

If you imported the records, check for any NS records that are delegating the subdomain elsewhere.
