Just billed for a year and i'm on monthly!

I am beyond LIVID.

Here is what I sent them - Not only doe my MONTHLY plan (that I signed up for to pay MONTHLY) say I will be billed again next month, you just charged my card for A YEAR! I need that money!

REFUND $420 ASAP or I will be leaving your company and fighting the charge with credit card company. This is utter buffoonery. –

I cannot believe a company this big is making these kinds of mistakes. They just maxed out my credit card. AND they will charge me again NEXT month. I am so furious.

THAT’S OVER A WEEK AGO?!?!?!? This company is not what I thought it was. I want my pro plan cancelled now and I want 11 months of Pr Plan refunded ASAP.

I understand the frustration and I’m afraid billing tickets have a somewhat busy queue right now. If you need the money immediately, do whatever is in your power to get it back, if CF isn’t helping you, then reach out to your bank.
