JS challenge problem loops for a long time on certain devices

Sample User-Agent with the problem:
Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 7.1.2; Redmi Note 5A) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/92.0.4515.131 Mobile Safari/537.36

Any suggestions ?

We were able to reproduce the problem,
Enable Network Throttling => Slow 3G(chrome) , Regular 2G (Firefox)
And the problem appears

May I suggest looking here:

I see red button Adblock , which could block cookies and if some, JavaScript, I guess? Also, try disabling it temporarly, clear your Web browser cache again and try accessing the Website you were trying again. Maybe it will not help either, but, give it a try. Otherwise, if this happens to you daily, it could indicate to be some Web browser extension, or if using VPN and the IP address is suspicious to Cloudflare, or maybe something with privacy and cookies in our Web browser, either possible…

Infinite captcha loop

Update BitDefender: I’ve come to suspect that it’s BitDefender free version that causes the issue. I had a problem where I could not log into dropbox. I would get a forbidden error. In the community, someone suggested to turn off BitDefender, and try again. It worked for me for dropbox, and it seems to have solved my Cloudflare problem. Once I was able to solve the hcaptcha, I turned on BitDefender again, and after that, I could still solve new hcaptcha’s. I suspect BitDefender blocks the auth…

Yes, as I mentioned, the issue was caused by BitDefender. If you have BitDefender turn it off, do the hcaptcha, turn it on again, problem solved.

Still the issue is not resolved,
Adblock is not the case, Neither is BitDefender or any antivirus
The the loop is not infinite , sometimes it took more than 5 mins and works, other-times it keep looping.
Sample devices that has this issue:
Redmi Note 5A
Windows 7 Chrome has this issue, but IE doesn’t have this issue!!! on the same device !!
