Joomla error detection system not disabling

What is the issue you’re encountering

On the site www.atelierdebonteezel.nl/ I cannot disable the Error detection system button because I then lose the template of the backend (administrator) and cannot click anything anymore, not even the button. This means that the Joomla icon always remains visible on the front end at the bottom left. I have already re-uploaded the Joomla core several times, even via FTP.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I only adjust debug again via Cpanel to files and then to configuration.php: true. Then the template will appear again.
I put the site on another server: No problems.
To know: the DNS refers to a Cloudflare environment. Is that the cause? Something about cache not being cleared? I have no influence/login to Cloudflare.

the DNS refers to a Cloudflare environment. Is that the cause?

No.

While the domain uses Cloudflare nameservers, it’s set to DNS Only so requests do not go through Cloudflare’s Proxy… and Cloudflare can’t be the cause of whatever problem you’re having on your Joomla site.
