Developer mode is on and all cache is cleared.
What else should I do?

That’s a problem with cdn.rawgit.com. You’re getting 404 responses for those resources.
I got new links. But the problem still continues.

Cloudflare settings can’t fix that. Your site is requesting those for some reason and you need to fix that at your site.
