www.downdetector.id says Cloudflare in Indonesia is affected and multiple reports where made.

I have same problem with Indihome Telkom,
1.1.1.1 having “Your DNS queries is not privated” repeatly,tried restart reboot etc doesn’t work.

Hi, mine as well, but i’m signed in using my company’s zero trust account and it is using split tunnel.

Is your case the same?

Same here cannot connect when using Indihome, Iconnet , Biznet, Telkomsel, Byu. Its keep retrying and retrying to connect zero trust.

Already ask support, IP Warp uses for DoH blocked by ISPs :cry: , We can still connect with the ISP when we change the mode to
WARP modes · Cloudflare Zero Trust docs .

But DNS queries won’t be handled by Warp. This does mean DNS will not be filtered against the Gateway Firewall policies, but it may allow the tunnel to come up.

Why are these ISPs blocking these DoH IPs, what is the government’s direction?

Problem with WARP, the connection got really slow from 100mbps to 10~30mbps|
IS there way around to fix the issue?

Confirmed on the news, the indonesian goverment is blocking VPN’s that are suspected / linked / used by locals for online gambling. :scream::scream::scream:

Well there’s still no solution… any workarounds? I’m pretty sure the issue is that the warp tunnel can’t resolve the IP address of its destination from DNS (because it’s blocked) as this is the usual mechanism being used to block websites by indonesian ISPs.

Apparently right now, the only workaround is using mobile phone hotspot, Firstmedia, Oxygen, is the only ISPs that are not blocked. :pray: :palms_up_together:

Have any of you guys emailed or call Biznet / Indihome support hotline to get support?
i have tried emailing them, explaining to them that we are using paid version of Cloudflare WARP and shouldn’t be blocked by the ISP.
I suggest all of you also do the same, maybe they’ll hear us out once many reaches out to them. :pray:

Got a reply from Biznet Support team.

IP has been blocked by Indonesian government (based on https://trustpositif.kominfo.go.id ), we recommend you to contact the VPN provider to apply for normalization on this link https://trustpositif.kominfo.go.id/normalisasi

having the same issue affecting our website too. Anyone is considering the BYOIP approach?

our company engaged directly with kominfo (without cloudflare) regarding this issue, and the blocklist is lifted per 19:00 JKT time.

please kindly check whether it’s working from your side now.

Already changed the configuration to Gateway with WARP again, and its already connected now.

How to connect with kominfo to allowlist this issue ya?
