I’ve been paying for a pro subscription for months for a domain that I no longer have in my account and I can’t cancel the subscription because the domain no longer exists.

May I ask if you’ve followed the instructions to disable and cancel your subscription for Pro plan as from below article?

4.3 No Refunds

FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. YOU WILL BE BILLED IN FULL FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION TERM IN WHICH YOU CANCEL AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR THE UNUSED PORTION OF SUCH SUBSCRIPTION TERM. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Paid Services through the end of your current Subscription Term (except with respect to Services subject to usage-based billing). We may, in our sole discretion, provide a refund, discount, or credit (“Credits”) to you in a specific instance, however the provision of Credits in a specific instance does not entitle you to Credits in the future for similar instances or obligate us to provide additional Credits.

currently clicking nothing happens and it is not canceled.
I have not been able to do it for 8 months. and I have never had any response to the open tickets.
it is really an unlikely situation.
in the meantime thanks for answering me. I thought that the ticket was the preferred channel for receiving assistance.

For Account, Billing and Registrar issues a ticket is the only way to get assistance as this Community does have visibility into those issues. The Support team indicated they replied on your ticket, did you receive that reply?

the problem is not solved and the subscription is still active. next payment January 26th. in the meantime I paid 200 euros for something I don’t have
