I’ve added domains to cloudflare several times, but the status is Pending Nameserver Updates, and it’s been that way for more than five or six days.
What are the domain names?

You have not set the Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar…

Make sure the 2 nameservers Cloudflare is asking you to set (at the bottom of your dashboard DNS page) are set at your registrar and the old ones are removed.

I have changed the dns of the domain name a few days ago, because of the long-term pending name servers to update this status, I just changed it back a few hours ago, I’ve changed it now, you can see it’s still like this pending name servers to update this status, you can observe it now, I guess the back will still be like this state
The nameservers have still not been updated at your registrar. Not sure where you are changing them but it isn’t at your registrar.
It needs a little while for Cloudflare to recheck the nameservers (is done around every hour I think) so leave it like that for now…

Make sure the 2 nameservers you have set are the same as shown at the bottom of your DNS page…

According to the test you provided
you can see that the Name Servers have been updated and the change was successful, but I still have pending in the backend of cloudflare for the Name Servers to update this status.
If you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records , what nameservers are assigned to that domain?

You’ve added a domain several times. But, there is no sign it’s ever been active in the account you are using here.
The nameservers have been correctly modified
I did change it several times, but each time I managed to change the nameservers and each time I waited several days for it to take effect.
I know it takes time, but I’ve been modifying it for at least 14 hours, and I’ve been doing it for a while, but it’s still in this state after 5 days, could you please help me to detect what’s wrong with it, my nameservers as you can see are modifying successfully!
So, just to be clear:
If you go to https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records and select your domain, it says that the nameservers for your domain are
carl.ns.cloudflare.com
alla.ns.cloudflare.com
and not
jewel.ns.cloudflare.com
patrick.ns.cloudflare.com
?
