i need to emphasize that we did this several times and the error remains the same. Even though the reimbursement comes out, we need to upgrade the plan and Cloudflare does not upgrade.

we faced the same issue, opened multiple tickets with them and received zero response and zero replies for more than a month already.

We also encountered the same problem with you. It’s been a month since the problem arose, and every time we contact them, they say to be patient; they’re dealing with it. If you don’t send email to them, they’ll never reply to you.
