would it be possible to submit Italian translations for the articles on support.cloudflare.com ? I believe many people would benefit from this! Is there anyone who I can contact? Naturally, free

I think there would be a perfect opportunity to contribute to Docs. I do understand there’re some issues (such as internal platform to edit the docs, untrustability…) but a repository on Github would resolve this. Transparency, and public reviews.

Yes, it’s fine I just wanted to point some problems in case Cloudflare wanted to enable any community input for translating documentation.
I think the volunteering part could be an issue. Documentation constantly needs updating - and that in a rather managed fashsion - and if that is not done on a full-time basis you’ll end up with inconsistent documentation. And it’s better to be English-only than to have a half-baked, translated version.

Thanks for the offer, @cool_user_xmr! And doubt my two semesters of Italian will help me much with translating Cloudflare content @sdayman, but luckily we have a native Italian speaker on the content team.
In all seriousness, though, we are currently evaluating our localization efforts across both the developers and support sites. We’ll eventually have localized dev doc content in GitHub, so contributions like what you’re describing will be much easier. Our support doc content is sourced in an internal CMS, so unfortunately we won’t be able to open that up to contributions in the same way.
But, if/when support content IS localized into Italian and you have suggestions for improvement, feel free to tag me in the Community so we can address the feedback!

You’re right on, @sandro - it’s likely we’ll use a combination of machine translation, human spot-checking, and community contributions to ensure everything is kept up-to-date. Like anything, localization is a valuable skillset that we want to recognize and prioritize, and even the best grassroots efforts still need a professional eye!
