It seems that this popover tip has been covered by side bar in the latest UI.
The tip appears when a CNAME record is added for @.

Hmmm, can you check if your browser is zoomed in?
Try “Cmd + 0” if you are on Mac or “Ctrl + 0” if you are using Windows.

Nope, the zooming scale is 100%.
I think it is a simple CSS issue with this tip component.
