it does not redirect to samovies.net it throws a 503 error

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I created a cname * to send to samovies and a rule with 301 and nothing

CNAMEs do not redirect, they just tell the browser to go to the same IP address.

Instead use a Redirect Rule by copying this example…

Make sure you have a DNS record for myscloud.xyz, use a proxied value of AAAA 100:: instead of the CNAME if just redirecting.
