Istanbul cloudflare errors 525 but frankfurt doesn't

Interesting.
Maybe it could be some packet issue but … from Cloudflare Status page, I do not see any issue.

May I ask did you used Cloudflare WARP / 1.1.1.1 in between or not?
Could it be due some Web browser cache on your devices? Have you tried clearing it?

Pastebin - is that your domain which you manage and control, or you received this error while visiting it?

Due to the 525 error, kindly, may I ask have you checked within the steps from below articles regarding this error showing up for your Website?:

It should have to be something with SSL certificate at your host/origin and Cloudflare SSL options.

May I ask, before moving to Cloudflare, have you had an SSL certificate at your host/origin server for your Website and was your Website working over HTTPS connection?

May I also ask what SSL option have you got selected under the SSL/TLS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your domain? (Flexible, Full, Full (Strict) ...)

Here is a way to re-check if you correctly setup the SSL for your domain with Cloudflare:

If any other issues appear, follow the needed steps for troubleshooting from article below:
