I have change the name of the team i was using, now my clients cannot reconnect. they enter the team name, it approves in the webpanel but on the client it puts them straight into warp 22.214.171.124 instead of zero trust. I can see the approval clear as day. they are receiving the two factor email with the pin, they enter it, but cannot proceed to access any site with in the zero trust.
What is the solution for this, i have completed the following.
Revoked the seat, Revoked the sessions, reinstalled the warp client, logged in and out multiple times.
Any solution here to allow these computers to work as they are intended to? its disrupting our work big time
