Unable to get a server held License for third party software application ChemCAD

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Spoke with software creators support. They confirmed that the server licenses are available and that devices are able to get a license while working on the office network, but unable to get a license while using WARP remotely. Application support believes this may have to do with Port Address Translation.

We have been unable to figure out where we can look for / configure Port Address Translation for the WARP tunnel

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Enable Cloudflare WARP zero trust while working remotely. Launch application and no licenses are listed/

It is a network License server. It is bound statically to the IP of the machine on the network, it is not using Cloudflare/WARP on the server itself.
