Issues with macOS client connecting to WARP (Stuck on disconnect state)

Device will connect to Gateway on DoH but not Gateway on WARP (Stuck on disconnect)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m having some issues with getting a macOS (13.7.1) device working on WARP (client version 2024.11.309.0 (20241118.29)), i have tried uninstalling and re-installing the device (also revoking seats in console) and triggering a warp-cli registration delete but still hit the same issue. It enrols OK but then gets stuck in a disconnected state. The logs are not to helpful at the moment either. All i am seeing is

2024-11-22T12:36:48.130Z WARN main_loop: warp::warp_service: Disconnecting, but reason is unknown

Does anyone know how to increase the logging to TRACE or something so i could do some more debugging?

I also had the issue around too many redirects when i tried to login as well (URL minus team name https://.cloudflareaccess.com/warp) so unsure whether its a bigger issue or just specific to my tenant

Found the issue for the Disconnected for unknown reason, it was due to my “Split Tunnels” config under your Profiles had all default entries (this is when you use Manage Split Tunnels (exclude) approach) have been removed the client can’t connect with an unknown reason
