Issues with Email and DNS Records for

Dear Cloudflare Support Team,

I am experiencing issues with the email functionality for my domain Despite correctly configuring the DNS records, emails sent to addresses under this domain are not being received.

Here are the details of the DNS records currently configured:

MX Records:

  • MX 1: [redacted]
  • MX 1000: [redacted]

CNAME Records:

  • mail: [redacted]
  • autoconfig: [redacted]
  • autodiscover: [redacted]

SRV Records:

  • _autodiscover._tcp: [redacted] (Priority: 10, Weight: 10, Port: 443)

TXT Records (SPF):

  • v=spf1 include:[redacted] ~all

TXT Records (DKIM):

  • [redacted]

Despite these configurations, email communication is not working as expected. Could you please help me diagnose and resolve the issue? I would like to ensure that my email services are functioning correctly.

Additionally, I noticed that when I attempt to modify MX records, I receive an error stating: “This zone is managed by Email Routing. Disable Email Routing to add/modify MX records. (Code: 890190).” Could this be affecting the email functionality?

Thank you for your assistance.

Your domain has expired, see…

If you can’t renew it in the Cloudflare dashboard then you’ll need to raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket for help.

If you’ve enabled email routing and you don’t know what that is, you need to disable it.
