One of our domains noblerealestateteam.com is forwarding to an old URL destination ([Preformatted text](http://daniellenoble.libertasrealestate.com)), however, there is no redirect currently set up within the Cloudflare system (what was there was removed (there was a domain redirection at one time)) and after removal the redirect still persisted. So we paused Cloudflare that fixed it, it was just pointing to our DNS, however, we thought leaving Cloudflare off for 1 week would remove any aspect of the redirection in the system….sadly…it did not. So the next step we took was, we removed the domain completely from Cloudflare and terminate it, we then reset it up and its still is doing the redirection (even though it gave us completely different name servers. So this has to be something happening on the Cloudflares backend, we need help removing whatever hard-coded redirection is happening on Cloudflares platform.
Are you saying it is redirecting for you now?
It doesn’t for me at the moment and currently the site is not proxied so no redirects can take place through Cloudflare.

We paused Cloudflare atm because it is still redirecting to the wrong place.
Ensure there are no redirects set in either page rules or redirect rules…

Already confirmed this it’s a brand new instance of the account, only redirect rules that exist are for htTPS and WWW. Forwarding to non-www.
We have enabled it as you should suggested please let us know next steps
Did you check under both Page Rules and Redirect Rules?
Can you post a screenshot of your page rules and redirect rules? www.noblerealestateteam.com also redirects directly to that link, not to noblerealestateteam.com.

Yes, this was taken care of, sorry I thought I responded. It was a redirect on the actual main account (rather than the individual account level). We thought this was odd, however, it’s now been fixed. Thanks for the help!
