Issues with Cloudflare Teams Onetime PIN

I recently experience issues that the Onetime PIN is not working as expected that it doesnt send email to email address listed in required field

Is there any logs that show us what;s wrong with the configuration? i don;t know how to find out

Without additional detail,. odds are the email address in question doesn’t match the Access policy in place. Check the associated Access or device enrollment policy to confirm the email address should be allowed. If it isn’t, no email will be sent.
