Issues with Bot Fight Mode and MS' PowerBI

We had to disable Bot Fight Mode due to our customer have trouble accesing using our api in PowerBi Dashboards. This is a typical error they got:


Checking CF:

After we disabling Bot Fight Mode they can run our API with PowerBI again.

How can we fixed that? Thanks for your help.

You either keep it disabled or whitelist the IP address (or the entire ASN) at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/firewall/tools.

You could also try to use page rules to adjust security for that hostname/path.
