What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I cancelled my account with cloud flair and have no subscriptions but they continue to bill me every month. They don’t allow me to remove my credit card and I don’t want to have to cancel my card. It takes them two weeks to get a refund the amount they have billed me. The Support number listed on the website comes up as disconnected I am at my wits end with this company. Three months in a row since cancelling and they have confirmed my account is cancelled but they still bill me… Help
