Issues updating/adding Page Rules

Hello

I’m trying to save an edit for an existing Page Rule and pressing “Save Page Rule” is doing nothing. Tried in Safari 16.4 and Chrome 114.0.5735.198 on macOS 13.3

I notice on page load I get a 404 for:

https://dash.cloudflare.com/api/v4/zones/099ae19f50de647e1cc16cc1e620f64b/subscription

Anyone else having issues updating/adding Page Rules?
