Issues adding dns locations

I have the same issue, I cannot add any more DNS locations, I even tried upgrading to the standard plan, but that didn’t fix anything. I still get errors about not having more than 1 dns location due to being a “free account”

I still haven’t gotten a response to my ticket either. I have a paid plan and anytime i try to add ipv4 DNS location gateway i get the same error message, free plan can’t have more than 1 DNS location, even though the sign up page says free plans offer 3 dns locations. But anyways I should have up to 50 DNS locations, I’m on the paid plan. I could really use the support, it’s been a week since I have opened the ticket. 01217756

I’m still unable to add a DNS ipv4 location and continue to get the message only 1 DNS location allowed on the free plan, but i have already upgraded my plan to the pro plan and still get the error. Please assist! This is making me think that cloudflare doesn’t have good support and all and I’m questioning your company as a viable solution to our needs.

I still cannot add an IPv4 location to my paid plan, i’m getting an error about DNS location more than 1 is not working. What gives? Why am i being ignored my ticket number is 01217756

I’m still waiting for a response, the delay in response from support is worrying.

my colleagues in Support have indicated this was resolved on your ticket. Please post another topic here if that is not the case.

Mine is still not resolved, they emailed me told me to send them a har file and then closed my ticket because they saw more than one DNS location. I have since emailed them back the har file, told them I’m trying to add a 20th DNS location. So it’s def not resolved for me. Ticket number 01217756. I am on the paid plan i should have up to 50 DNS locations available to me.
