Since the change from DigiCert to Universal SSL, we are having issues accessing VMware Horizon based virtual machines. We leverage VMware’s universal access gateway and this configuration worked fine prior to the CA change. However, when trying to open a Horizon desktop, there seems to be some of continuous SSL loop, which we can only resolve by disabling cloudflare proxy on an affected domain. This is not a viable solution, however as it does not allow use of our wildcard SSL cert, and also requires us to open HTTPS traffic to the entire web rather than the cloudflare proxies.
Ensure your SSL/TLS encryption mode is set to Full (Strict)
. That usually fixes redirect loop errors as long as there’s a valid cert at the origin.
