Issue with Support Ticket Page Redirection and Logout

I don’t have access to the ticket zone.
Whenever I click on Support - My Support Tickets, it redirects to an empty page, then redirects again, and I end up logged out.
During the redirection process, I managed to see an error. I took a screenshot of it.

Can someone help me?

This sometimes happens if you change the email on your account, but the change does not propagate on the support side. Are you able to open a new ticket? If so can you please open an account related ticket letting me know what your current and previous emails are that you have used for this account?
