What is the issue you’re encountering
I have using a custom Edge SSL Cert but I have an issue because Cloudflare downgrade my Business Plan to a free plan, I need to update in a couple of days the SSL Cert because the one I have will expire but I cand not upload because I’m in free plan I try to upgrade but system say that I have balance issue but I have all my invoices paid so I very worry the SSL cert will be expire I can not upload the new one my web apps will stop working because they need the specific SSL cert as I can not update it I will have to disable proxy protection so all will be unprotect, I’m no know where to contact to solve this, billing support not reply tickets, I can not create a new support ticket because my plan is still as free plan even though I have my bills paid and I want to pay for the plan, the system insists that I have a balance against me when I have all the bills paid. So someone can help I have support case (01391168) that never get a reply, please any one can help?
