What is the issue you’re encountering

Dear Cloudflare Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with the IP addresses assigned to my domain through Cloudflare’s CDN proxy service. The following IPs consistently experience Request Time Out (RTO) when accessed via my Internet Service Provider (ISP):

IPv4: 104.21.48.1 104.21.96.1 104.21.64.1 104.21.80.1 104.21.112.1 104.21.16.1 104.21.32.1 IPv6: 2606:4700:3030::6815:6001 2606:4700:3030::6815:2001 2606:4700:3030::6815:4001 2606:4700:3030::6815:1001 2606:4700:3030::6815:5001 2606:4700:3030::6815:3001 2606:4700:3030::6815:7001

However, other IPs, such as 104.21.88.221 and 172.67.153.195, work perfectly fine with my ISP. This issue appears to be isolated to IP addresses ending with .1 in the 104.x.x.x and 172.x.x.x ranges.

Could you please investigate this issue and assist in resolving it? Specifically, I would like to know: 1. Is there a way to exclude problematic IPs from being assigned to my domain? 2. Can you provide an alternative set of IPs to ensure uninterrupted accessibility?

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter as it impacts the availability of my domain for users connected via my ISP. Thank you for your support.

Hey,

Could you please send a bit more info on the issue. Could you please send how you’re seeing these timeouts? Also, which ISP are you seeing this from specifically?
