Hello, I’ve set up a rule that redirects to a Zoom room, and the link includes the password for the room. When I open the link directly in the browser, it works fine, and the user is directly taken into the room. However, when I use the redirect link, the URL gets shortened, and the user is prompted to enter the credentials. What could be causing this issue? What do I need to change to ensure the link is properly passed without requiring the user to enter the details manually? Thank you for your help!

You’ve probably not checked the box to “Preserve query string”.

Otherwise, can you show a screenshot of your Redirect Rule.
