I am experiencing an issue with my DNS records. Currently, some of my DNS records are set with the Proxy status as “DNS only.” However, when I switch the Proxy status to “Proxied,” the web page goes down, and I am unable to access it. Additionally, there are issues with the email functionality.

Could you please explain why this is happening and provide guidance on how I can resolve it?

You haven’t given any information about how the “web page goes down”, but the most common reason for newly added sites is “too many redirects” so check your SSL/TLS setting is set to “Full (strict)” in your dashboard here…

There is no MX record for your domain so you will need to add that to your Cloudflare DNS…
