I don’t see any IP address for these hostnames in the DNS.

You need to create DNS Only A records in your Cloudflare DNS for the hostnames ns1.mountkilimanjaro.guide and ns2.mountkilimanjaro.guide.

If you’ve done so already, please share your Cloudflare DNS page so we take a look.

DNS Records for mountkilimanjaro.guide

  1. A Records (IPv4):
  • mountkilimanjaro.guide194.76.27.78 (Proxied)
  • www194.76.27.78 (Proxied)
    2

Huh? Did you even read what I wrote?

The problem is not the apex domain mountkilimanjaro.guide or the www subdomain. It’s the nameservers ns1 and ns2. To repeat what I wrote above: go to your Cloudflare DNS page and create DNS Only A records for ns1 and ns2 pointed at your Plesk server’s IP address 194.76.27.78

And if you want to show proof of what you’ve done, take a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS page and post it here.

I’m sorry, but I don’t know how else I can explain this to you.

Its a new IP address. maybe will take time be okay

The screenshot you provided doesn’t show the records for your external nameservers ns1 and ns1. Even though I’ve already asked you TWICE to add these records, you’ve chosen to ignore my advice.

You can wait for years: if you don’t add these records yourself, they’re not going to add themselves magically

It has been completed; however, how long will it take for the websites to be operational again?
