I need support with Cloudflare. As shown in my screenshot (Screenshot by Lightshot), we created a .php file. However, when we attempted to run it, it displayed the php code instead of the expected response (Screenshot by Lightshot). Can you please suggest a solution for this?

To run a PHP script, you need the PHP engine running.
R2 is an object storage service and does not have the PHP engine to execute PHP (or any other server-side) script.
You need to get a traditional hosting service to host your PHP script.
Does Cloudflare provide any hosting service for run the php script?
No, Cloudflare does not offer such a service.
