Issue with our front page- cloudflare problem?

Hi,
Whenever we push out a new article/story, the home page/front page does not get refreshed. This is something we are facing suddenly. Earlier when we used to push it out the front page used to get refreshed on its own. Could it be a cache issue or Cloudflare not getting refreshed?

We have to physically either press F5 or hit the refresh button on the browser only then we see the new article on the home page.

We are using Autoptimize, wp-rocket plugins as well as cloudeflare CDN. Website: http://www.gadgetbridge.com

pressing f5 or shift-F5 means that the browser cache was the one caching the homepage. This is a tough solution to solve, but I recommend looking at Cache busting:
