Issue with no manager and host IP change

Hello and help,

I am Ron Patterson, the new webmaster for heart-song-church.org.
Unfortunately our previous webmaster, David Hull ([email protected]),
passed away and we no longer can manage our domain. Our web host,
Siteground, recently made some changes to our IP address and make our
site inaccessible. I can provide an email from them about this change.

I have added an account on Cloudflare as my email address. We need to modify our DNS record for the new IP address for heart-song-church.org. Is there anyway that you can help us on this? Could I be added as a manager for this domain? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks and have a good day.

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

You have my condolences for you loss.

Since your domain is registered with Cloudflare your situation is complicated in a way that makes the usual fallback suggestion of moving your domain to a new Cloudflare account more challenging. Hopefully you can avoid that method.

Your best option is to work with someone who has access to your predecessor’s email. You can change the account to use your email. Once you are managing the account, I would consider adding an additional super administrator account as a break-glass resource.

Hi Ron,

Condolences.
The easiest way to gain access to the account is as @epic.network mentioned.
Please see if you can access David Hull’s gmail inbox.

Thank you.
