Issue with Multiple Custom Email to Single Destination in Email Routing

Address not found Your message wasn’t delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail. The response from the remote server was: 550 5.1.1 Address does not exist. Vnt3npBUKEab

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Both addresses were created at the same time
Both use the same configuration pattern (same destination email)
Both show as “Active” in the Cloudflare dashboard

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I’m experiencing an inconsistent issue with Cloudflare Email Routing. I’ve set up two custom email addresses to forward to the same destination, but only one of them works.

I have just tested both of the mentioned “labeler_x” addresses, and they appear to work fine from my end.

I see:

250 2.1.0 Ok

Can you please re-check, and let us know, if you’re still experiencing issues?

I’m wondering, -

Did you create them, and test them immediately (i.e. within a few minutes after having created them)?

Or did you give the system a little while, in order to propagate the new changes?
