Attempting to move 2 domains from one free Cloudflare account to another free Cloudflare account.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have created a help desk case (#01239095) in the source account requesting the transfer of the aforementioned 2 domains to another account. In the case, I specified the new super user e-mail and Cloudflare account ID. I also added the Super User email to the case.
I set up the 2 domains in the new Cloudflare account
I have made sure DNSSEC & domain lock is turned off in both domains in the source account
According to Move a Cloudflare Registrar domain registration between accounts | Cloudflare Registrar docs, I must reply to the case ticket from the Super User account that I approve of the transfer before I can proceed, however I’m not quite sure how to do that. I didn’t get an email and when I try to go to Support → My Activities - All Tickets in the destination account, I get an error that it can’t locate my dashboard account.
Not sure what I need to do next. Could you please help?
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Very interesting! I am able to access my ticket in the support system as a free account holder. I also get emails for ticket activity on my source account where I’m attempting to migrate the domains from, but nothing to the destination account email even though I added the destination account email.
It’s been a few days since I’ve heard back from Cloudflare, though based on what I’ve heard from others on here, I’m not holding my breath that they’ll be able to assist with this.
I flagged your post for my colleagues in Support yesterday, they show emails as being delivered. Are you seeing those replies either in email and/or on your dash?
Thank you for flagging my post. I can confirm that I have received emails for responses from Cloudflare. I replied back with some questions on how to proceed with my ticket on Tuesday. (10/29) After sending the reply, I added the new Superadmin email to the ticket. I sent a test email just now and received it at both email accounts. Then, I responded from the Superadmin email that I accept the transfer of the 2 domains, so hopefully that should be enough to get the ball rolling.
