Issue with Infomaniak

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Newly arrived on Cloudflare, I’m trying to get the infomaniak newsletter working. To do this I entered the CNAME as indicated by infomaniak, but it does not work (see screenshot). What do you think should be done? Thanks for your help.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

_domainkey is delegated to Informiak’s nameservers. If you want _domainkey records in your Cloudflare DNS to be used, then delete the NS records for _domainkey from your Cloudflare DNS.

Thank you, I’ve followed your advie. Do you know how long it should take to be effective ? Sorry, for my question but I’m a newbie concerning DNS…

DNS should be OK within 5 minutes, after that it depends on how often your provider checks the record.

It doesn’t work. I’ve deleted the NS records for _domainkey, did I missed something ?

The CNAME you have set resolves…

dig +short 2ffyrgzuglox3nkguowpkcwh6pwhnwxf._domainkey.zicazic.com
2ffyrgzuglox3nkguowpkcwh6pwhnwxf.dkim.amazonses.com

…but the target 2ffyrgzuglox3nkguowpkcwh6pwhnwxf.dkim.amazonses.com doesn’t. Check you have entered the data correctly and then ask your provider. As far as the Cloudflare DNS goes, it is working.

Thank you. I would like to know whiy I can’t see it in DNSchecker ?

Can this line be the cause ?

My mistake, forgot to query the TXT record. It’s all working ok…

dig +short 2ffyrgzuglox3nkguowpkcwh6pwhnwxf._domainkey.zicazic.com txt
2ffyrgzuglox3nkguowpkcwh6pwhnwxf.dkim.amazonses.com.

Well does it means I just have to be patient ?
In any case, thank you so much for helping me !

Wait for your provider to see if they see it. If not, check with them as the DNS record is set (assuming you’ve set it correctly).

It works, thank you so much for your help !
Have a nice day.
