Issue with google certificate, can't change it

Hey there,

We are experiencing issues since our SSL certificate was renewed and comes from Google Trust Services. This is very much similar to this issue:

Can’t request our own API with a java client, some customers can’t access either (we don’t know their device at this point).

How can I order a new certificate from some other authority?
Can I deploy the backup certificate?

Interestingly I tried buying Advanced Certificate Manager and it fails with this error:
Refer to for assistance. The zone you are trying to open a subscription for is banned. (Code: 1322)

Can you open an account ticket here, and share the ticket number? The banned message makes me assume you’ll need to engage our Trust & Safety team, but we can start with a ticket and the engineer can route it to T&S if needed.
