Issue with Flex SSL and Pictures

Hello everybody,
after changing my Seetings (Cache and flex SSL) in the dashboard, images will no longer be displayed.

Why is it, someone an idea?

the URL is: aknefluch

the URL from the pic:
http://aknefluch.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/xacne-1606765_640.jpg.pagespeed.ic.BFamLChme3.webp

on my host is mod_pagespeed installed!
The same issue on a servage.net account
