Issue with Email Delivery

Hello
It seems that our domain has been listed has spam this week. Many people can’t reach us and we’re not able to reach them also.
FYI we’re not sending any marketing email.
I’ve start a test on mxtoolbox(dot)com to validate delivery and we’ve issues.

Without knowing the domain it’s hard to give a definitive answer. What does the DMARC record look like?
