Issue while logging in cashapp/android

Feedback

Hi everyone, thank you for all that y’all do to help the web be that much better.
I had an issue while trying to log in for a cash app account, that something in the code triggered a security violation going against their terms.
I was hoping I could ask, could anyone tell me the best method to make sure this doesn’t happen again? This time I was at work on a cellular connection using their app. This happened while I was attempting to log in. I also use a VPN although I’ve never had an issue come up before, so I was trying to determine what steps to take to avoid these sort of issues.
By the way, I did contact them to ask if they could tell me what happened but they couldn’t. All they could tell me was a violation of their terms and services, and point me to the original agreement. I asked how to avoid this happening again, but they couldn’t tell me, so is why I was hoping maybe y’all might be more knowledgeable when it comes to preventing this sort of thing. Here is a reference # if it could help by any chance.
Cloudflare Ray ID: 9330b1 fbafd469e2
What I’m hoping is that this could be a lesson, and that I can avoid this sort of thing from happening again. It’s alarming because I couldn’t pinpoint anything unusual, and am trying to understand what occurred. I was considering should I only log in, etc on a wifi connection? I’m using T-Mobile, and currently on a Pixel Android device; I wonder if this had something to do with it? Please excuse my guessing; any general advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read, and I hope everyone is doing okay. Maybe this could help someone else with the same question.

You would need to pass that to the site or app operator you were visiting as they set the rules for access to their site, not Cloudflare, and will be able to use that to look up why you were blocked.

Thank you sincerely for the reply. I called once to the site operator & exchanged emails about six times. All they could tell me was, term violation, and pointed me to their set of terms that everyone agrees to when using their service. What is troubling, I have no idea what happened, and why this occurred. The reason I wanted to seek advice is, they couldn’t tell me, and it seems, going forward, this could happen again. I’m just wondering is it because I was using a VPN? Cellular service? An Android? I know tech is moving fast, and I find it hard to keep up to the point of seeming overwhelming at times. I appreciate any advice, and am thankful to be able to seek help here. Please forgive if me posting here seems out of place. I thought I might have a chance at learning more and/or was hoping maybe someone else could avoid this same issue. Thanks for taking the time to read and reply.
