Issue updating registrant contact email

Hi, I’m trying to update my domain’s registrant contact email but I’m not receiving verification emails on my old address, only the new one.

I have tried to hit resend email and also tried to cancel the request, but I’m not able to since I already approved the change in the new email, so it is partially approved.

I believe my old email address is being suppressed by Cloudflare, I tried to change my Cloudflare account to my old email address to test and sure enough I didn’t get any confirmation email either.

Can I get some assistance, please?
