Issue transferring domain to Cloudflare

Hi there,

I’m trying to transfer my domain to Cloudflare, away from Siteground.

I’ve followed all the steps and added the site to Cloudflare, updated the name servers to the ones provided, removed the transfer lock on Siteground and disabled DNSSEC.

However when I go to the transfer page, it says “unsupported” without further info.

The domain is www.straightup.com.au - and my understanding is that .com.au is supported on Cloudflare, so I must have missed something. The domain was registered several years ago and not due to expire for another year, so I can’t work out what the issue is.

Can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance,
Jed

I don’t see .au on the supported TLDs list at all, so that may be the simple reason: the .au ccTLD is unsupported by Cloudflare Registrar.

Note that you can use Cloudflare’s DNS and web proxy services while keeping the domain at the current host: you simply can’t transfer it (yet).
